Collection of Information
In order to use the Dermaceutical Trust website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.

DERMACEUTICAL TRUST SECURITY POLICY
Dermaceutical Trust uses CommWay, Commonwealth Bank merchant services, for its online credit card transactions. CommWay processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.
All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the CommWay gateway are secured payments.
- Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
- Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Dermaceutical Trust or any outside party.
- All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
- All transaction data is encrypted for storage within CommWay’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
- CommWay is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
- CommWay at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Dermaceutical Trust.

Delivery Policy
Physical goodsAfter ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from CommWay containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post or courier within 5 working days* for goods within Australia when payment has been received; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.
Your Dermaceutical Trust representative will keep you informed if any delays arise on a particular stock item, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Dermaceutical Trust. Dermaceutical Trust is not bound to deliver any ordered goods by any date requested by the purchaser for the delivery of those goods. Please note Dermaceutical Trust is not liable for any loss or damage occasioned to the purchaser or its customers arising from delivery of the goods at a time later than the time requested by the purchaser for delivery.

Refund & Returns Policy
Due to Health Regulations Dermaceutical Trust will not offer any refund or exchange for any opened cosmetic goods that have been purchased by customers. Upon delivery, the purchaser must inspect the Goods to determine whether they comply with the order to which they relate and for any defects. The purchaser will be deemed to have accepted that the Goods comply with any order to which they relate and that the Goods are not subject to any defect if Dermaceutical Trust is not notified to the contrary by 5pm on the 2nd business day following the delivery of the Goods. Subject to warranty & liability clauses, Dermaceutical Trust will, in proper cases, accept returns of Goods for order errors and defects in Goods provided that the purchaser notifies Dermaceutical Trust promptly and in any event within 2 business days, and returns the Goods using Dermaceutical Trust’s approved carrier and accompanied by identification of the order.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Dermaceutical Trust will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Quality Assurance
All of our packing is done under camera surveillance and our staff abide by strict quality assurance checks, to make sure that each and every item they pack is of the highest quality. During this time any faulty items that are found are returned and will not be dispatched. Please ensure your staff take care when unpacking goods, as we do not offer refunds for any damage that is caused whilst unpacking.
Warranty and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dermaceutical Trust makes no warranties or representations in relation to goods, and excludes all liability in connection with Goods (or advice regarding Goods) other than that which may not be excluded under the Trade Practices Act 1974 or other relevant legislation. Dermaceutical Trust’s ability under any non-excludable condition or warranty (other than a condition implied by section 66 of the Trade Practices Act 1974) is limited to any one of the following as determined by Dermaceutical Trust:-
(a)The replacement of Goods or the supply of equivalent Goods; or
(b)The refund of the price paid by the purchaser for Goods.
Force Majeure
Dermaceutical Trust’s obligations to perform in accordance with “the Terms” will be suspended for the duration of any delay arising out of anything outside Dermaceutical Trust’s control including but not limited to fire, storm, flood, earthquake, accident, war strikes, lockouts, raw material or labour shortages, accidents or breakdowns of plant or machinery. Dermaceutical Trust shall not be under any liability in respect of such suspension, and in particular Dermaceutical Trust will be under no obligation to deliver at any future date any Goods not delivered during the period of suspension.
These terms and conditions may be changed from time to time by written notice to the purchaser.
*Delivery times subject to change. Estimate for delivery within Australia only. Overseas delivery may vary according to your chosen service provider. Overseas customers can choose to use their own freight forwarder or ask for a quote to be sent by way of email from our warehouse.
