Shipped via Australia Pack Post Pack, DHL and Track Express Post International.Any applicable local duties and taxes are payable by the customer at the time of import/delivery. Please be diligent as once your order is confirmed or submitted to our Sales Rep or on the website, you cannot change delivery address.
Your goods will be sent to the nominated delivery address at the time you confirmed your order. If you have changed your address after submitting your order, you risk losing your goods. If you are lucky you may be able to re-arrange collection at extra cost by contacting the freight provider directly.
Skin O2 would like to advise our customers that we do not give authority for parcels to be left at premises we instruct our couriers to leave a calling card if you are not home, if you wish to authorise your parcel to be left, please contact the courier company direct and have your tracking number ready as per email received upon despatch of your order.
